SpeedWorks Sports Performance Academy specifically designed our sport performance training programs to progressively develop any athlete with explosive power, agility, and speed. Our Athletic Assessment evaluates an individual's ability to perform necessary athletic movements.
Before joining SpeedWorks Sports Performance Academy, we require all participants to perform an Athletic Assessment. This initial evaluation will establish a performance baseline, which a SpeedWorks Certified Strength & Conditioning trainer will use to measure individual improvement and progress.

POWER - Standing Long Jump Test and Vertical Jump: The standing long jump and vertical jump tests measure an athlete's explosive leg performance power, which is a product of strength and speed. |

AGILITY - Pro-Agility Shuttle Test: Also know as the 20-yard Shuttle Run, measures an athletes ability to effectively maintain body control through multi-directional movement and speeds. |

SPEED - 10, 20, 40 & 60 yard Dash: The 10-yard dash measures reaction time, quickness and strength, while the 20,40 & 60-yard dash measures an individual's linear speed and running skill that is applicable to their sport. |
