Matt Merry - Director of Operations/ Strength Coach
Matt Merry's lifelong desire has always been to train athletes and help them reach their full potential in both sports and life. As a former two sport college athlete, he understands the important role that strength and speed training has on the development of an athlete. Coach Merry has been an essential component of seven state championships and has trained over fifty athletes that went on to compete in division I athletics in their sport. Of his many honors received for coaching in the field of strength and conditioning, his most prominent was that of being named “Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year”, by the Professional Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society.
